The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System-Regulatory Office (MWSS-RO),
through the approved MWSS-RO Corporate Budget for 2007 intends to apply the sum of Philippine Peso Four Million Seven Hundred Sixty Four Thousand (PhP 4,764,000.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
Consultancy Services for MWCI Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Audit – Contract No.ROCS2007- 001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
